PLEASE READ THIS DISCLAIMER CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING A
PROSEDEFENSE NEXUS MEMBERSHIP OR ACTING ON ANYTHING THE
PLATFORM GENERATES.

1. AGENT BRIAN STEELE IS AN AI.

“Agent Brian Steele,” the specialist roster (Mercer, Marlow, Vega,
Halden, Cross, Quill), and every other named operator on this site are
software agents built on large-language-model technology. They are NOT
human attorneys. They are NOT licensed to practice law in any
jurisdiction. They cannot appear in court on your behalf.

2. NO LEGAL ADVICE. NO ATTORNEY-CLIENT RELATIONSHIP.

ProseDefense Nexus is a self-help legal-technology platform operated by
Premium Driver Inc., a New Jersey corporation, d/b/a Technology Services. Information generated by the platform — findings,
draft Qualified Written Requests, draft notices, draft pleadings,
defense theories, audit memos — is provided for your personal review
and education. It is not legal advice. Using this platform does not
create an attorney-client relationship between you and us, our staff,
our contractors, or our paralegals.

If you need legal advice you should retain a lawyer licensed in your
state. We will not represent you in court.

3. NO GUARANTEE OF OUTCOME.

We do NOT promise that using ProseDefense Nexus will:

  - Stop, delay, reverse, or invalidate a foreclosure.
  - Result in a loan modification, settlement, principal reduction,
    cash-out, or any payment to you.
  - Cause your servicer to dismiss a complaint, withdraw a notice of
    default, or release a lien.
  - Improve your credit, save your home, or restore funds you have
    already paid.

Foreclosure outcomes depend on state law, the specific defects in your
chain of title and securitization, the procedural posture of your case,
your servicer’s response, your own actions, and the discretion of
courts and judges. Results vary. Past outcomes for other ProseDefense Nexus
users are not predictive of yours.

4. ANYTHING YOU FILE IS YOUR FILING.

Outbound work product (QWRs, NOEs, answers, affirmative defenses,
demand letters) is drafted by AI, reviewed by licensed paralegal staff
at the Implementation Desk for clerical and procedural quality, and
then placed in your approval queue. You — and only you — decide whether
to send or file it. Your signature is your representation that the
content is accurate and that you have read it. We do not file documents
for you and we are not your signatory.

5. NOT FOR EMERGENCIES.

If you have a foreclosure sale scheduled within 14 days, an active
unlawful-detainer action, a contempt order, or anything else with an
imminent court-imposed deadline, you should contact a licensed attorney
in your jurisdiction immediately. ProseDefense Nexus is a workspace, not a
hotline.

6. ADVERTISING.

Statements made in Meta / Facebook / Google / other paid advertisements
promoting ProseDefense Nexus are subject to the limitations in sections
1-5 above. No testimonial, case-study reference, or aspirational
language in any ad creative should be read as a promise of outcome.

7. LIABILITY.

Our liability for the platform is capped per the Terms of Service. See
