How we handle your documents, your case file, and your ad-attribution data.

PRIVACY POLICY — ProseDefense Nexus
Effective: 2026-05-21 (v2026-05-21.v1)

Premium Driver Inc., a New Jersey corporation, d/b/a Technology Services (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates ProseDefense Nexus and the
briansteele.prosedefense.org marketing site. This policy describes what
information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

a) Account information. When you sign in through Whop, we receive your
   Whop user ID, username, email address, and the access-pass / membership
   status that authorizes you to use ProseDefense Nexus.

b) Case-file information. When you complete the intake or upload documents
   (notes, deeds of trust, assignments, notices of default, complaints,
   payment histories, servicer correspondence, etc.), we store the text,
   metadata, and the original file in encrypted object storage so that
   Agent Brian Steele and the specialist agents can perform forensic
   defect analysis for you.

c) Engagement records. We record the actions you and the agents take
   inside your case file — timeline events, findings, approvals — so that
   you have an auditable history of the work performed on your behalf.

d) Marketing analytics. When you arrive at the site from an advertisement,
   we collect standard web analytics (page views, click events, referring
   URL, UTM campaign tags, device / browser type, IP-derived region) and
   we use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure ad performance. We do NOT
   pass case-file content, document content, or any defect-analysis
   output to advertising platforms.

2. FORENSIC ANALYSIS — HOW WE USE YOUR DOCUMENTS

The documents and case facts you provide are used exclusively to:

  - Identify the publicly-traded servicer or trust holding your loan
    (against SEC EDGAR filings) and audit securitization disclosures
    (ASC 860 / IFRS 9).
  - Pull and compare chain-of-title records from county recorders.
  - Surface RESPA / TILA / UCC Article 3 & 9 defects.
  - Generate drafts of Qualified Written Requests, Notices of Error,
    answers, and affirmative defenses for YOUR review and signature.
  - Monitor federal (PACER) and state court dockets for filings against
    you.

We do NOT sell your documents or case-file content. We do NOT share them
with third parties for marketing. We do NOT use them to train general-
purpose AI models outside of the analysis run for your case.

3. SERVICE PROVIDERS WE USE

  - Whop — authentication, billing, membership management.
  - Google Cloud / object storage — encrypted document storage.
  - Postgres (managed) — case-file, findings, and event storage.
  - Google AI (Gemini) — language-model analysis of public filings and
    your documents during agent runs.
  - SEC EDGAR, PACER, state e-filing portals, county recorder portals —
    public-record sources queried on your behalf.
  - Meta (Facebook Pixel), Google Analytics-class tools — marketing
    measurement on the public-facing landing pages only.

Each provider is bound by its own terms; we limit what we send each one
to the minimum necessary for the function above.

4. RETENTION

We keep your case file for as long as your ProseDefense Nexus membership is
active and for 24 months after cancellation, so you can return and
download your documents. After 24 months we delete case-file documents
and findings. Legal acceptance records (TOS / LPOA signatures) are
retained indefinitely as an audit trail.

5. YOUR RIGHTS

You may request a copy of, correction of, or deletion of your case-file
data at any time by emailing support@keepinthefocus.com. We honor verified
requests within 30 days. Residents of California, Virginia, Colorado,
Connecticut, and Utah have additional rights under their state privacy
laws; contact us using the same address to exercise them.

6. SECURITY

We use TLS in transit, encryption at rest, single-use upload tickets
with size enforcement, and per-user database-bound ownership checks
before any document is served. We are not, however, immune to breach.
If we discover unauthorized access affecting your account we will
notify you without undue delay.

7. CHILDREN

ProseDefense Nexus is intended for adults navigating residential mortgage
foreclosure. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

8. CHANGES

We may revise this policy. Material changes will be announced inside
your case file and a new version effective date will appear at the top
of this page.
